Marking Die Shoe: Our high-precision scraper-type marking shoe ensures clean and consistent lines. Standard marking width is 150mm, with optional sizes ranging from 50mm to 450mm. Customized double-line die shoes are also available upon request.
Glass Beads Tank & Dispenser: The machine includes a 10 kg glass beads tank with a tilted bottom to ensure smooth flow. The adjustable glass bead dispenser is strictly matched with specific die shoe sizes to achieve accurate and even distribution. Rear Wheel Holder & Directional Guide: The rear wheel is equipped with a positioning lock device, allowing the operator to switch between free movement and straight-line locking.
